I have been studying astrology my entire life. I went for my first professional astrology reading when I was eight years old. I sat there for two and a half hours, transfixed. I would always tell my parents growing up that “I loved them more than the sun, the moon, and the stars,” and to me that meant a lot, because I really love the cosmos.
At the age of eighteen I began a more intensive study of astrology, and since then have learned from and had many readings with different astrologers from around the world. In my early twenties I spent time working at Banyen Books & Sound, a metaphysical bookstore, where I added to my growing collection of astrology books. I grew up in a family immersed in the healing arts, so I feel right at home connecting with like-minded people within those communities. I now write a monthly astrology column for Banyen Books & Sound.
It has been a long journey to accept that being a professional astrologer is what I have been called to do. A journey that led me to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours in English Literature), a teaching certificate (TESOL), and to create a natural building business, to name a few. I have also travelled to twenty-five different countries, which included a deep exploration of my heritage and ancestry. I have always used astrology as a tool to navigate my own life, and I am passionate about teaching others how to apply it to theirs.
The Cosmic Creative came to life just as I completed my Saturn Return. It is an amalgamation of my inner journey through my emotional depths, trauma, grief and spirituality; and the outer journey of my studies, world travels, explorations of various cultures, and all of the people I have learned from along the way. Humans are endlessly fascinating to me and I have been studying them my whole life, through the lens of astrology.
I believe everyone comes into this life with a soul purpose, a unique perspective, and an inner knowing. I am here to guide you in accessing that inner light, even if you don’t feel like it’s shining brightly right now. I am a deeply compassionate person who cares a great deal about humanity. I want to empower people by helping them connect to their innermost selves, their deepest longings, their inner sun.
